Introducing the Horseshoe Bend & Upper Antelope Canyon Combination Tour, where everyone in your party can enjoy the Top Page, AZ, attractions in comfort, safety, and relaxation. After check-in at Chief Tsosie’s Antelope Slot Canyon Tours, you’ll board clean, late-model vans equipped with plush seats and climate control. Your Navajo driver/guide will start the morning’s fun with a visit to the Horseshoe Bend Overlook. An example of an “incised meander,” Horseshoe Bend is aptly named for its nearly flawless symmetry, carved over eons by the Colorado River. Visited by nearly 2 million people annually, this Insta-famous viewpoint is usually packed to the rafters, but you’ll be here at a time that is typically cooler, and less crowded. You’ll have approximately 1 hour’s time to explore around the rim, take photos, and just sit in awe at the splendor of this incredible sight.

Upper Antelope Canyon Tour Information

Next, you’ll make your way to Upper Antelope Canyon. Discovered in the 1930’s by a young Navajo shepherdess, Upper Antelope Canyon was known to Page, AZ, locals as “the Corkscrew” or “the Crack” until it was formally opened to the public in the 1990’s. Upon entering this peculiar geological formation, all sound seems to fall away as surrealistic colors and swirling shapes engulf your field of vision. Formed over thousands of years by rushing waters and gale-force winds, this canyon is still evolving and changing to this very day. Your guide will educate you about the natural forces that merged to form Upper Antelope Canyon, and about the strength and resilience of the Native Americans who adapted to this rugged landscape to make homes and livelihoods long before Page, AZ, and the Glen Canyon Dam were built.
