The float trip? Too laid-back. Antelope Canyon? Too crowded. The Horseshoe Bend hike? Too hot. So is there any tour in the Page/Lake Powell area that’s so epic, so unforgettable, and so easy, that your family will be raving about it for the rest of their natural lives? You bet!
Presenting the Tower Butte Landing and Horseshoe Bend Helicopter Tour by Grand Canyon Helicopters: a one-of-a-kind adventure that takes you to a place that only a handful of lucky people have seen up close and personal. After lift-off from the Page Municipal Airport, you’ll enjoy a spectacular flyover of Horseshoe Bend, then head East over Lake Powell, gently touching down on the summit of Tower Butte. Similar in shape to Wyoming’s Devil’s Tower, Tower Butte rises 5,000’ above the sapphire blue waters of Lake Powell. Here you’ll take in a 360-degree panoramic view, unmatched in the American Southwest! After approximately 20 minutes taking in the splendor around you, you re-board your touring aircraft for your return flight to Page.
Flights depart daily* from the Page Municipal Airport. Approximate trip duration: 35-40 minutes
